# Cookie and Risk Disclosure

## Cookies and local storage

Escrova does not use advertising cookies. We use browser local storage for authentication state, your cart, and display preferences, and our sign-in provider sets the storage it needs to keep you logged in. Clearing your browser storage signs you out and empties your cart, nothing else.

## Digital asset risk

Crypto assets are volatile. Stablecoins can deviate from their peg, and SOL can change in value between checkout and settlement. Escrova is a software interface for on-chain Solana smart contracts; blockchain transactions are irreversible, and smart contracts, including ours, can contain defects. Never transact with funds you cannot afford to lose.

## Not advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Prices shown in crypto are conversions of retail prices and are not offers to trade digital assets.

## Network

Escrova is currently running on the Solana devnet test network, which is shown on our homepage beside the escrow program address. Assets on a test network are test assets and have no monetary value. Do not send real funds to this deployment.

## Regulatory

Digital-asset regulation is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. The Service may be unavailable in some regions, and features may change to satisfy legal requirements. Questions about this document:
